Best prices, great training, and great staff. Juan, Rafa, and Frank are great teachers (and funny as hell to boot). I keep hearing stories about younger guys paying $7,000+ for schools that are absolute clown shoes and taught them next to nothing. I'm really glad I got my license here and would refer anyone in Northern CA to go here.

Also its a free for all to get equipment usage sometimes feels like all the students show up at the same time. Overall great school passed the dmv test on my first try. If you have a question or need help ask an instructor! Many students don't speak up. Time line of how long this can take 3 weeks or more depending on how much you show up

Juan Ramirez was my trainer and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Although the trucks are loud and the location is next to the freeway, I was still able to hear instructions. Great attitude and patient even when I made mistakes. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone wanting to get started in the truck driving industry.

Where to start..the staff at J&R trucking are the best. I felt incredibly insecure starting my journey as a truck driver considering I have never … More driven a vehicle with a clutch and knowing it's a man's wrold but the Instructors there made Me feel very comfortable and always encouraged me even when I doubted myself the kept encouraging me that I could do it. Long story short they helped me through all myobstacles with out losing their cool they are so patient with the students there I will miss all my Instructors it's a bitter sweet moment when I passed my class A driving test on my first try.
